CRAWLER TOOLBAR TERMS OF USE AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: These terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") constitute a legal agreement between you and Crawler, LLC ("Crawler"). You must agree and accept the terms set forth in this contract prior to installation and use of the product and/or service Crawler provides.

Your use of this software constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, do not indicate your acceptance, and do not download, install, register for, view or use Crawler’s service.

CRAWLER TOOLBAR IS NOT SPYWARE OR ADWARE AND DOES NOT MONITOR COMPUTER USE. NO POPUP ADS WILL APPEAR WITH THIS PRODUCT.

THE CRAWLER TOOLBAR CAN BE EASILY UNINSTALLED IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO. To uninstall Crawler Toolbar, click “Start”, then click “Settings”, then click “Control Panel”, then click “Add or Remove Programs”, scroll down the list of programs until you find Crawler Toolbar and click “Change/Remove”. Additionally, all features can be uninstalled by selecting the “Crawler” button, then click on “Help” and select “Remove” on the Crawler Toolbar and follow the instructions.

Information Issues

To keep your Crawler Toolbar up-to-date, it sends a limited report back to the Crawler server which includes the version number of the Crawler software and configuration file. This is done to check if there is any update available. If new updates are available, you will by default be notified allowing you to choose if you will allow the update to start. This information will not personally identify you and will be automatically uploaded by Crawler Toolbar for evaluating both the Crawler Toolbar and the Crawler search services associated with it. If the search query is being generated as a result of a misspelled URL or search terms entered in to the browser address bar, we also receive the misspelled URL address or search term.

Also, the Crawler Toolbar has certain Advanced Features that require additional information about the web sites you visit to be sent to Crawler in order to activate and use the advanced features of the toolbar. The Crawler Toolbar is configured by default with the Advanced Features disabled. This means that the Crawler Toolbar will not send such additional information identifying the web pages that you are viewing to Crawler. However, if you choose to activate the Advanced Features of the Crawler Toolbar, additional information will be sent to Crawler, which includes the URL of every web page you are visiting.

Importantly, all information collected from a search query is recorded on a non-personally identifiable basis and is kept strictly anonymous. In addition, all information about search activity is evaluated only on an aggregated basis (excepted in response to a customer service inquiry or legal process), and we do not disclose any non-aggregated information to third parties, except as required by a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect someone's safety.

If you wish to withdraw your consent to the communication and data usage as described herein, you should uninstall the Software from your computer. You may uninstall or remove the Software at any time by following the instructions above.

Personal Use Only

Crawler Toolbar is intended for personal use only. You will not modify, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Crawler Toolbar software, unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You also will not remove, obscure, or alter Crawler Toolbar’s or any third party's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices contained within or accessed in conjunction with the Crawler Toolbar. Crawler, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. All content that may be accessed through use of the Crawler Toolbar is the property of its respective owner and may be protected by applicable laws and treaties. This contract does not grant you any rights to use that content.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement Notice

The Service is controlled and operated by Crawler.com, a Florida limited liability company located at 999 NW 51st St, Ste 100, Boca Raton, FL 33431-4478. The Service, and all materials on the Service including code, images, text, illustrations, logos, audio and video files (collectively "intellectual property"), are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary rights which are either owned by Crawler, or owned by other parties who have licensed their intellectual property to Crawler. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all materials on the Service is the exclusive property of Crawler or its licensors and protected by U.S. and foreign laws and international copyright treaties. Material from the Service and from any other Service owned, operated, controlled, or licensed by Crawler may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Use or modification of Crawler’s or its licensor’s intellectual property in any form, including but not limited to use on any other website or networked computer environment, without express written authorization is a violation of Crawler’s copyrights and other proprietary rights and is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, AND EFFORT OF THE SERVICE IS YOURS AND YOURS ALONE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, CRAWLER AND ITS LICENSORS AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER CRAWLER NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES REPRESENT OR WARRANT (I) THAT THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS CONTENT, WILL FULFILL ANY OF YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSES OR NEEDS OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR FREE; (II) THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCESSIBLE, TIMELY, OR SECURE; (III) THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES, "WORMS," "TROJAN HORSES" OR OTHER HARMFUL PROPERTIES; (IV) THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY SUBMISSION, RECOMMENDATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PUBLISHED OR ACCESSIBLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THE SITE; (V) THE AVAILABILITY FOR SALE, OR THE RELIABILITY OR QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS DISCUSSED, REVIEWED BY USERS OR REFERENCED USING THE SERVICE; (VI) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE; AND (VII) AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE SERVICE OR THAT THE SERVICE IS NONINFRINGING. IF YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT OR SERVICE REVIEWED BY ANOTHER USER OF THE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE OR ANY SUBMISSION, AND A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN YOU AND THE SELLER, YOU RELEASE CRAWLER AND ITS LICENSORS AND AFFILIATES, AND ANY OF ITS OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY SOFTWARE OR OTHER CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH SOFTWARE AND/OR CONTENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CRAWLER OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION) ARISING OUT OF (i) USE OF THE SERVICE BY ANY PERSON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY RELIANCE ON, OR ANY DELAYS, INACCURACIES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN, ANY INFORMATION AND CONTENT ACCESSED OVER THE SERVICE, (ii) ANY USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE FOR WHATEVER REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE OR ANY OTHER FAILURE WITH TRANSMISSION OR DELIVERY OF ANY INFORMATION ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR (iii) ANY GOODS OR SERVICE DISCUSSED, PURCHASED OR OBTAINED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, THROUGH THE SERVICE, IN EACH CASE EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Crawler’s Search Service

Crawler Toolbar is designed to be used with Crawler’s search services. As a result, your use of Crawler Toolbar is also defined by Crawler’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

General Provisions

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue for all disputes arising out of this agreement shall be state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to this.

This Agreement, which includes the Crawler Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereto and supersedes and cancels all prior and contemporaneous agreements, claims, representations and understandings of the parties in connection with the subject matter, hereof, oral or written.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Not supporting ...@yahoo.gr, Why?

Why does not supports Greece mail acounts like ...@yahoo.gr?

Uninstalled

I uninstalled because it only seemed to notify me when my browser was open. I am looking for something to notify me even when the computer is idle and no browser open. Incredimail does this but not really compatible with Vista.

Crawler E-mail advisor

This is a very easy feature to use, and is accessed via the E-mail icon in your tray.
You double right click on the icon, and all your rgistered email sites pop-up on the right side of your screen.
They inform you which sites have mail, and the quantity of it.
Afurther single left click on the address takes you to the site indicated.
This, like most Crawler items, is a simple user friendly function.

Only good for Crawler

It is great for notifying about emails at crawler.com but it was supposed to also notify about hotmail and it will not do so.
